We're looking for Customer Support Specialists to work in our call center that can provide an exceptional and memorable customer experience. Inquiring applicants must possess a high attention to detail, impeccable follow through and great communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Taking inbound calls from families.
• Listening to families and typing/navigating customer accounts at the same time.
• Empathetically attend to customer questions and concerns immediately.
• Maintain a strong commitment to customer service and handle heavy call volumes.
• Effectively communicate and offer additional services to enhance the families' experience.
• Meets all goals and deadlines.

REQUIREMENTS FOR CALL CENTER SPECIALISTS:

• 1 or more years of experience in a customer service or a call center environment.
• Must exhibit a strong passion for helping others.
• Must be computer savvy and a quick learner.
• Must have exceptional phone etiquette.
• Ability to problem solve.
• Must possess strong organization skills.
• Minimum 50 WPM required, must be accurate for data entry.
• Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Team player with a friendly attitude
