We are an American-based company with deep roots in the Middle East. Founded 1999 by Dr. Abdullah Al-Joaib and his brother Salem Al-Joaib, APEX draws on a rich heritage and broad experience including a diverse roster of projects in the United States as well as Al-Joaib Construction, which built a large part of the Saudi Arabian oil pipeline. In addition, members of our executive team have traveled extensively throughout the region.
