Primary Duties and Responsibilities
· Prospect leads
· Generate sales
· Execute, plan and implement office processes
· Service existing customers
· Cross sell
· Assist in targeting new customers
· Build business referral relationships
· answer incoming phone calls
· process policy changes
· assist with processing new applications
· Other administrative duties as assigned by the Agency Owner.
Requirements
· Previous sales experience
· Currently hold or willing to obtain Property & Casualty, Life & Disability licenses.
· Customer focused
· Excellent phone presence
· Must be organized, able to multi-task, and efficient.
· Candidate must be self-motivated, reliable and have a positive attitude.
· PC and typing skills, Excel, Word, and Outlook
Compensation
· Base + Commission
