 Title: Head of Business Services

Location: Remote

Client Industry – Civic Tech Company

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop a small Sales team (currently 2 staff)
• Manage a small Client Engagement team (currently 2 staff)
• Manage sales and relationships with high level contacts and key accounts directly
• Create new business development & marketing programs to drive new client acquisition
• Implement new processes and systems for funnel optimization and improvement
• Work cross-functionally with Data, Technology, Research, and Operations teams
• Product stewardship - listening to client needs and informing product development

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 4+ years of leadership experience in sales, marketing, or business development
• Significant entrepreneurial ambition in the civic or political space 
• Programmatic and strategic creativity and knowledge of cutting-edge mass communications
• technologies
• Experience successfully growing and managing an enterprise sales team strongly preferred
• Paid media experience preferred
• Active network of senior civic or progressive political contacts preferred
