The Vice President of External Relations partners with the President & CEO and manages the day-to-day operations of External Relations, including development, strategic communications, government relations, and community engagement. Ensure the continued financial viability of The Arc and its subsidiaries through growth initiatives, philanthropy, and strategic partnerships.  Lead a high-performing team of department heads and managers; manage and coach assigned employees and consultants.
