Come join the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO), "The Voice" of the PEO Industry, advocating for the interests of PEOs at all levels of government and providing robust member resources for PEOs. PEOs provide payroll, benefits, regulatory compliance assistance, and other HR services to small and mid-sized companies. NAPEO is seeking a Director of Federal Government Affairs to represent the association and assist with federal legislative and regulatory priorities.
This is an excellent opportunity to represent NAPEO on the Hill and positively impact public policy in the PEO industry!
NAPEO offers:
As the Director of Federal Government Affairs, you will assist with the implementation and management of NAPEO’s federal legislative and regulatory priorities, as well as federal grassroots activities. You will represent NAPEO on Capitol Hill and before federal agencies and will assist in raising funds for and managing the NAPEO PAC. This position reports to the Vice President of Federal Government Affairs.
